Low season: $84/night Shoulder season: $89/night High season: $99/night Christmas/New Year/Easter: $119/night   The Christmas/New Year/Easter rate applies for the entire week(s) in which these holidays fall. The High Season rate typically applies during July and August. The Shoulder Season rate typically applies late June and early September, and any week in which a US public/government holiday falls that is not otherwise in a higher rate period. The above rates are only a guide.  Contact us for an exact rate quote for the specific dates that you require. Rates for 2012 and beyond may be slightly higher. For most bookings, $200 is due as a downpayment at time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  For bookings placed within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.

Refundable $200 security (loss/damage) deposit required prior to check-in. Rates valid for stays of 5 nights or more.  Rates may be higher for stays of less than 5 nights. A cleaning fee of $70 will also be added for stays less than 7 nights.  This fee is waived for stays of 7 nights or more.   Due to extremely high maintenance costs, hot tub usage is optional and will be charged at a flat fee of $39 per stay if the use of this amenity is required. (The resort club house has a pool and hot tub available to all guests free of charge.)   At peak holiday times, we reserve the right to accept only weekly (Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Sunday) bookings. Rates exclude 13% Florida tax, and are subject to change without notice up to the time of booking. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation penalty, details will be provided on your booking form.
