Start Here for our EASY ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

We have developed an online booking process to help make your reservation as easy and painless as possible.
(Keep in mind, we are private homeowners. Our resources for processing your booking are not quite as automated or instantaneous as a Fortune 500 hotel chain, but we think you'll find the process easy-to-follow, nonetheless!)
- STEP 1 :
- Check availability of the dates you are interested in, using our online inquiry form or by calling us. (There is no obligation to book when you submit an inquiry.)
- Wait to receive our email reply* informing you of the availability and providing you with a specific rate quote for your dates.
- STEP 2 :

- Wait to receive our email, confirming that your dates are still available. This email will provide payment instructions for the amount due at booking.
- The amount due will be $200 as an initial downpayment, unless your arrival is within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required.
- Please make the payment immediately upon receiving this email to finalize your booking.
- STEP 4:
- Just before the final balance is due, 30 days prior to arrival, we will send you an email with final payment instructions. If your arrival date is already within 30 days, then our booking acceptance email will ask for immediate payment of the remaining balance.
- We will send you a full information package (driving directions, key pick-up and arrival information), once we have received your final balance.
Rest assured, we are very responsive to our renters. Our aim is that you will have a positive and comfortable experience in booking with us.
